PDF Watermark
Add text watermarks to every page of a PDF.
About PDF Watermark
PDF Watermark is a free online tool. Stamp a text watermark such as CONFIDENTIAL or DRAFT on every page of a PDF. It runs entirely in your browser, so there is nothing to install, no account to create and no watermark added to your result.
How to use PDF Watermark
- Upload one or more PDF or image files, depending on the tool.
- Adjust the options such as page ranges, rotation or order.
- Press the action button and download your finished file.
Worked example
Enter a short sample first to see how PDF Watermark behaves, check the result, then run your real content.
Tips for best results
- Short, uppercase text reads best; very long watermarks run off the page.
- Everything runs in your browser, so you can use PDF Watermark even on a slow connection once the page has loaded.
Limits to keep in mind
- Files are processed in your browser, so very large files depend on your device memory and may be slow. The limit is 50 MB per file.
- Password-protected PDFs may fail to open. Scanned PDFs are pictures of text, so text-extraction tools cannot read them without OCR.
